Set It Up in Under 60 Seconds

Step 1

Position the Pad

  • Align The Launch Pad with the top of the bench.
  • For shorter lifters, position it so the top slightly extends past the bench during barbell pressing.
  • For all other upper body movements, keep it flush with the top of the bench.
Step 2

Lock It In

  • Thread the straps through the upper and lower torso slots and under the bench frame to secure The Launch Pad.
  • Open the cam lever, pull the straps tight until all slack is removed, then release the lever to lock.
  • Finish with two firm downward tugs on the loose ends to ensure a secure, tight fit.
Step 3

Find Your Position

  • Sit in front of the lumbar support, not on it, with your hips aligned to its edge and your glutes on the bench pad.
  • Lie back so the lumbar support fits naturally into the curve of your lower back.
