Is AMM looking for a manufacturer, a licensee, or both?
Potentially several structures are worth evaluating: contract manufacturing, component supply, OEM integration, licensing, co-development, distribution, or a combination. The right structure depends on capability and scope.
Can we receive CAD or detailed technical drawings before a call?
Not through the public inquiry process. Detailed files follow strategic fit, capability review, internal authority, and appropriate confidentiality.
How are commercial terms structured?

Does the current prototype need to be copied exactly?
