Advanced Muscle Mechanics was born from the vision of Andrew Harvot, a strength athlete, enthusiast, and innovator with more than two decades of experience under the bar. With a deep understanding of biomechanics, Andrew set out to solve a problem athletes have faced for decades: traditional benches were never built with the human body in mind.
