Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds and returns

Every order comes with a 30-day risk-free return. To start a return, email us at info@advancedmusclemechanics.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a prepaid return label. We pay the return shipping.

Once the item reaches us we inspect it, and as long as everything is in order we guarantee a full refund to your original payment method. No return shipping deducted and no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days, and your bank or card issuer may need a little longer to post it.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@advancedmusclemechanics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
