Researchers at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, in collaboration with Baylor College of Medicine, Creighton University School of Medicine, and Boston University, conducted two peer-reviewed randomized controlled trials showing that training with The Launch Pad® significantly enhanced upper-body strength and 1-RM bench press performance across both standard and eccentrically overloaded bench press regimens.

Researchers at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, in collaboration with Baylor College of Medicine, Creighton University School of Medicine, and Boston University, conducted two peer-reviewed randomized controlled trials showing that training with The Launch Pad® significantly enhanced upper-body strength and 1-RM bench press performance across both standard and eccentrically overloaded bench press regimens.
