AMM Growth Command Center Privacy Policy
AMM GROWTH COMMAND CENTER · PRIVACY POLICY
Effective October 6, 2026
Advanced Muscle Mechanics LLC (“AMM”) operates AMM Growth Command Center, a private business reporting application for its authorized owner. This notice explains how the application handles connected account data, including data received through Google APIs. It supplements AMM’s store privacy policy for this application.
WHAT THE APPLICATION DOES
The Command Center brings AMM’s store, advertising, website traffic, organic search and behavior reports into a private workspace. It supports performance review, data-quality checks, scheduled reporting and owner-requested analysis. It is not a public account-registration service.
GOOGLE DATA ACCESSED
- Google Analytics 4: selected property identifiers and reporting data such as dates, traffic sources, media, campaigns, device categories, sessions, engaged sessions, purchase events and reported purchase revenue, with report-quality, currency and time-zone information.
- Google Search Console: selected property identifiers, search queries, page URLs, devices, countries, clicks, impressions, click-through rates and average search positions.
- Google Ads: selected advertising account and campaign identifiers, campaign names and statuses, reporting dates, impressions, clicks, costs, conversions and conversion values, with currency and time-zone information.
- Authorization records: provider and account identifiers, permission scopes, authorization status and expiration information, and credentials needed to maintain approved access.
Google Analytics and Search Console use read-only permissions. Google Ads requires Google’s broader Ads API permission; the current Command Center uses it only for reporting reads. The application does not request Gmail, Google Drive or Google Contacts access. It does not change Google campaigns, advertisements, audiences or budgets.
HOW DATA IS USED
AMM uses connected data to display source-specific reports, check freshness and import failures, compare reporting periods, and help the owner understand business performance. Advertising-platform conversions and store order totals remain separately identified because their definitions can differ. AMM does not sell Google user data or export it from this application to create advertising audiences.
STORAGE AND SECURITY
The application stores imported reports and operational history in its hosted database. Google refresh credentials are encrypted separately and bound to the authorized owner, provider and selected account. Credentials are excluded from ordinary business-record exports and reporting-tool responses. Application access is restricted to the authorized owner through sign-in and server-side access checks. Connections use HTTPS.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CONNECTED REPORTING
The application uses OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure to operate the private workspace and store its records. When the owner authorizes the connected ChatGPT reporting workflow, report summaries and supporting metadata are processed through ChatGPT to provide requested analysis and scheduled reports. These summaries can include account identifiers, campaign names, aggregate metrics, freshness and quality information. The current reporting tools exclude Google Search Console query text and page URLs, customer contact details and authorization credentials from their responses.
AMM limits access and transfers of Google data to providing the application’s requested reporting features. AMM Growth Command Center’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
RETENTION, DISCONNECTING AND DELETION
Imported reporting records and history remain stored until AMM deletes them; the application currently has no automatic report-data deletion schedule. Archiving a connection stops its imports and removes it from current reports, but does not automatically delete historical records or its stored encrypted credentials.
The authorizing Google account holder can revoke future Google access through Google Account connections. Revoking access does not automatically delete records already imported. To request deletion of stored application data or credentials, contact info@advancedmusclemechanics.com and identify the relevant account or connection. AMM will verify the request and arrange deletion; do not include passwords, tokens or client secrets in the request.
OTHER CONNECTED SOURCES AND THIS WEBSITE
The private application also receives owner-authorized Shopify order reporting, Meta advertising reports and Microsoft Clarity behavior summaries. Visiting these public information pages does not grant access to those connections or to the private dashboard. The public pages are hosted on AMM’s Shopify website; the store privacy policy covers browsing and shopping on that website.
