Refund policy

Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, either unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@advancedmusclemechanics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* An item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds: 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items: 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, either unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
