Midwest Kong Secures Iron Wars VI 225lb & 315lb Bench Press Titles!

Advanced Muscle Mechanics' athlete Brandon "Midwest Kong" Copeland and Sam Onubogu represented AMM well at Iron Wars VI, CT Fletchers flagship event, by putting up some impressive numbers!!

Midwest Kong competed in the 225lbs, 315lbs, & 405lbs rep challenges on the bench press.

He completed 64 reps of 225, 31 reps of 315, and 8 reps of 405! An incredibly impressive feat that he credits The Launch Pad with helping him to bring home the Iron War's VI 225lbs and 315lbs Bench Press Champion titles.

Sam's performance was also a remarkable achievement!

While Midwest Kong traveled to Iron Wars to compete, Sam had no idea he was going to be asked to compete.

Sam didn't let the shock set him off and proceeded to complete 38 reps of 225lbs - without a warm up!!

We’re extremely proud of both these gentleman and couldn’t be more impressed by their incredible displays of strength!
